|General terms and conditions for translations

Daily translation volume: 2,500 words
Delivery terms are always determined according to working days from Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays, after acceptance of the quotation.
Acceptances received after 19:00 shall be deemed accepted at 09:00 on the following working day for the purposes of establishing the delivery date.
Minimum Order Amount: 60 euros.
Sworn Translation: shipping costs not included
Language combinations that do not have Spanish as their source/target will be charged at the highest rate between the two selected languages.
Formats: Word, Power Point, Excell, Indesing, Quark XPress, PDF (as long as this is not scanned as an image and allows content editing), etc.
VAT NOT included
Invoicing: 50% upon acceptance of the quotation. 50% of outstanding balance 30 days invoice date at the end of the contract. Unless otherwise agreed.

Accommodation and travel expenses not included.
Acceptance of quotation and payment at least 15 days before the event.
Extra hour: 150€/hora.
Cancellation: can be up to 100% in the event of cancellation within a short time limit.
Minimum fraction to be invoiced: half-day session.
